How does the free trial work?
When you sign up, pick the modules you need — at least one of All Loans, Savings or Chit funds. Your 14-day free trial runs those modules alongside the base package. No card needed. Want to try something else? Add or drop modules for free from the billing page while the trial lasts.
What happens when the trial ends?
Pay online from the billing page by UPI, card or netbanking (via Razorpay) — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Before your first payment, enter your billing details: GSTIN and billing address.
How is the price worked out?
The base package is ₹999 a month. It includes one main module of your choice — All Loans, Savings or Chit funds — plus customers, collections, your team with unlimited users, investors & borrowings, khata (consolidated balance sheet), expenses and reports. Every other module you add, including the customer portal, is charged at its own monthly price. If you pick more than one main module, the dearest one is counted as included. For example, All Loans + Chit funds: Chit funds is the dearer one, so it is your included module and All Loans is an add-on — ₹999 + ₹1,500 = ₹2,499/month. Prices exclude 18% GST.
Is there a discount for paying upfront?
Yes — 5% off quarterly, 10% off half-yearly and 20% off when you pay yearly. Monthly billing has no discount.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with a GST tax invoice, emailed to your billing email address. GST-registered businesses can claim input tax credit on it.
Can I add or remove modules later?
Yes, from the billing page. During the trial, changes are free. On a paid plan, a module you add is switched on straight away and charged only for the rest of the current term (prorated). Dropping a module or changing your billing cycle takes effect at your next renewal.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Nothing is deleted. After a 3-day grace period the account becomes read-only — your team can still log in, view and download all your data. Pay online and full access is restored immediately.
Are there limits on users or customers?
No per-seat charges and no customer caps. Add as many staff, field officers and customers as your business needs.
Can you move our data from our old software?
Yes. We have migrated finance companies from legacy loan, chit and khata software. Talk to us and we'll help import your customers, running loans and balances.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, role-based access control, and per-tenant data isolation. Your data is never shared across organizations.
