Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between RupIt (“we”, “us”) and the organization subscribing to the RupIt platform (“Customer”, “you”). By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these Terms.

RupIt provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for loan, savings, chitfund, investment, and ledger management. Features, limits, and pricing for each plan are described on our pricing page and in your order form.

We may add, modify, or remove non-core features over time. Material reductions in functionality on your active plan will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for the security of your credentials, and for all activity under accounts you create for your team. Notify us immediately at hello@propgic.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the Platform and support to you.

You represent that you have the consents and legal basis required under Indian law to upload and process the personal information of your borrowers, members, and staff on the Platform.

You may not use the Platform to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malware, attempt to breach security controls, reverse engineer the Platform, or resell access without our written consent.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance in INR, exclusive of applicable GST. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your order form.

We may suspend access if an invoice remains unpaid for more than 15 days after the due date, after providing written notice.

Subscriptions renew for successive terms unless cancelled before the renewal date. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of written notice.

On termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After that period we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will provide the Platform with reasonable skill and care and maintain the security practices described on our Security page. Except as stated in these Terms, the Platform is provided “as is” without other warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Each party’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
